What you will do

• Scope, plan, and execute projects in close partnership with product management.
• Establish strong processes and standards for shipping high-quality software.
• Mentor, develop, and grow the engineering team, including hiring.
• Maintain a high technical bar through technical decision-making and code reviews.
• Promote and implement AI-assisted development practices to produce the highest quality software.
