Senior Director, IT Business Applications (Delivery) (NetSuite/SaaS): Lead deployment, maintenance, and evolution of back-office applications including Financials, HR, Payroll, Procurement, and Billing systems with an accent on OTC/PTP process improvements and SaaS billing evolution. Focus on building scalable integrations with Workato, optimizing Hire-to-Retire employee experiences, and integrating AI into back-office workflows.

Location: Hybrid in San Ramon, CA (3 days a week (M, W, TH) in office required)

Salary: $135,900 - $448,300 USD

What you will do

• Lead application lifecycle management for back-office systems including Financials, HR, Payroll, Procurement, and Billing.
• Drive functional improvements in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes for scaling business.
• Evolve SaaS billing capabilities for subscription and usage-based models with accurate telephony rating.
• Lead integrations team using Workato for robust connections and automation between SaaS applications.
• Optimize Hire-to-Retire processes with HR for exceptional employee experiences and access automation.
• Contribute to AI program by integrating AI into back-office workflows and productivity tools.
• Partner with executives on business planning, QBRs, governance, compliance, and talent development.

Requirements

• 8+ years IT people leadership, 5+ years managing cloud applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related; graduate degree a plus
• Strong techno-functional knowledge of NetSuite Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Multi-Books)
• Experience in Billing Operations for Telecom/SaaS with usage-based/recurring revenue models preferred
• Familiarity with Coupa, Expensify, UltiPro, Deel; LogiSense a plus
• Familiarity with SOX, PCI, SSAE 16 standards
• Strategic thinking, analytical skills, C-level communication, stakeholder influence

• Domain knowledge in Telecom or SaaS billing
• Experience with LogiSense
