Salary: $210,000 - $220,000

What you will do

• Define and lead strategy for platform quality engineering testing tools and capabilities across the organization.
• Build and develop a high-performing team focused on tools, innovation, enablement, and transformation.
• Hands-on evaluate, implement, optimize, and scale testing tools for UI, API, integration use cases.
• Drive enterprise adoption through standards, coaching, metrics, and transformation rollouts.
• Establish tool labs to assess emerging technologies, AI-assisted tools, and proof-of-concepts.
• Partner with platform engineering, architecture, DevOps, and delivery teams to align tools with enterprise standards.

Requirements

• 12+ years in software/quality/test engineering, including leading enterprise-scale capabilities
• 5+ years leading technical teams
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Deep expertise in testing tools, software delivery, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Strong programming in Java, Python, or C#.
• Proven track record scaling tools, driving adoption, leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication to influence engineering and executive levels.

Nice to have

• Experience in strategic quality engineering or developer enablement in large enterprises.
• Platform engineering, innovation labs, AI-assisted tools expertise.
• Cloud-native, microservices, Kubernetes, JIRA/Xray.
• Financial services or regulated industry experience.
