Location: Onsite in Seattle, Washington, United States (5 days a week)

Salary: Annual base salary $205,000–$275,000 + 20% target annual bonus

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner to the EVP to shape priorities, sequence big bets, and manage risk and decision logs.
• Translate high-level strategy into OKRs, KPIs, and investment theses, ensuring budget and headcount alignment.
• Oversee the technical RFC process and architecture reviews, driving design-doc hygiene and decision records.
• Partner with platform, data, and ML leaders to align cloud strategy (AWS/GCP), Snowflake data platforms, and AI initiatives.
• Run the operating cadence including weekly staff meetings, QBRs, and leadership offsites to ensure actionable outcomes.
• Manage the enterprise technology portfolio, resolving cross-team dependencies and overseeing tier-1 incident RCAs.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• 12+ years in technology roles (Engineering, Architecture, Product/TPM), including senior leadership in a 500+ employee org.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate cloud architecture, data platforms, AI/ML services, and security posture.
• Expertise in OKR and portfolio governance, with strong working knowledge of Team Topologies.
• Hands-on familiarity with AWS/GCP, CI/CD, container orchestration, and DORA/SPACE metrics.
