What you will do

• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve first-line IT issues
• Support hardware, software, networking, and studio tools
• Set up and manage equipment for new starters and leavers
• Maintain meeting rooms and support studio events/AV
• Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and system rollouts
• Keep documentation and asset records up to date

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication skills and user-first mindset
• Genuine interest in IT with proactive, problem-solving approach
• Ability to stay organised and calm under pressure
• Team player with flexible, can-do attitude

Nice to have

• Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux, networking basics, AD or M365
• Interest in games or creative industries
