What you will do
- Design and iterate vILT curriculum with instructional designers and product SMEs, ensuring technical accuracy and engagement.
- Deliver high-impact virtual training sessions using platforms like Zoom, incorporating polls, exercises, and real-world cases.
- Mentor facilitators, guide training strategy, and contribute to onboarding new team members.
- Analyze feedback to refine sessions and propose new modules or learning formats.
- Represent Education in cross-functional initiatives and customer events.
- Lead special projects like piloting new technologies including Generative AI for learning efficiency.
Requirements
- 6+ years in instructional delivery, technical training, or customer enablement
- Strong understanding of software products, preferably incentive compensation, enterprise SaaS, or analytics
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience with virtual platforms (Zoom, zuddl), collaboration tools (Slack, Jira), and LMS (Docebo)
- Expertise in adult learning, instructional design, or facilitation best practices
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor peers
