What you will do

  • Design and iterate vILT curriculum with instructional designers and product SMEs, ensuring technical accuracy and engagement.
  • Deliver high-impact virtual training sessions using platforms like Zoom, incorporating polls, exercises, and real-world cases.
  • Mentor facilitators, guide training strategy, and contribute to onboarding new team members.
  • Analyze feedback to refine sessions and propose new modules or learning formats.
  • Represent Education in cross-functional initiatives and customer events.
  • Lead special projects like piloting new technologies including Generative AI for learning efficiency.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in instructional delivery, technical training, or customer enablement
  • Strong understanding of software products, preferably incentive compensation, enterprise SaaS, or analytics
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Experience with virtual platforms (Zoom, zuddl), collaboration tools (Slack, Jira), and LMS (Docebo)
  • Expertise in adult learning, instructional design, or facilitation best practices
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor peers
