What you will do
- Conduct needs assessments to identify business challenges and skill gaps using interviews and product data.
- Design customized learning plans with courses, workshops, and documentation to meet customer goals.
- Facilitate live training sessions, adapting content in real-time to learner needs.
- Drive adoption by recommending strategies to increase learning maturity and answering technical questions.
- Coordinate with content developers, account teams, and training partners for high-impact experiences.
- Track progress with metrics and report ROI to stakeholders.
- Proactively solve obstacles to learning success through consultative approaches.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, JSM, or similar).
- Experience facilitating live training with ability to improvise and handle questions.
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles (education, scaled success, training) or technical experience with training support in B2B SaaS.
- Program management skills in ideation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in adult learning principles and performance consulting.
- Comfort building programs from scratch without established playbooks.
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills for cross-functional alignment.
