Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and authorized to work in the United States)
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

What you will do
- Design and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for Community Health Workers (CHWs) focused on engagement and care coordination.
- Create training materials including scripts, role plays, workflows, and field guides.
- Collaborate with CHW managers and field teams to identify training gaps and improve programs based on performance data.
- Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and track training completion across the team.
- Develop practical reference materials and cheat sheets to support daily CHW operations.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of experience in training, education, or enablement.
- Experience working with Community Health Workers, patient navigators, or similar roles.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to make training interactive for diverse learning styles.
- Experience in Medicaid/Medi-Cal, Enhanced Care Management (ECM), or community-based care models.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English for designing and delivering materials.
- Experience developing role plays, motivational interviewing exercises, and field-based tools.
- Strong foundation in adult learning principles and instructional design models.
