What you will do

• Facilitate live virtual and in-person training sessions for clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Design and maintain training materials including eLearning modules, guides, and help articles.
• Translate complex software functionality into clear, user-friendly learning experiences.
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness using usage data and performance metrics.
• Partner with Product and Professional Services teams to stay aligned on product roadmaps.
• Assess client training needs and adjust materials to address specific pain points.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico
• 2–5+ years in training, instructional design, or customer enablement roles.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and eLearning authoring tools like Articulate or Captivate.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and training analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience training legal professionals or working in legal operations.
