Senior People Events & Culture Manager (fintech): Own end-to-end planning and execution for internal employee events, recruiting events, and team-specific events with an accent on creating consistent, memorable experiences that reflect 's culture and values. Location: New York, NY (HQ), based in or willing to relocate to New York, NY and work out of NY HQ event space at least 2-3 evenings per week during high-season
Compensation: $132K - $181K

What you will do
- Own end-to-end planning and execution for internal employee events like all-hands, culture events, holiday celebrations.
- Manage recruiting events such as candidate days, hiring events, employer brand activations to attract top talent in NYC and beyond.
- Partner with HR, Recruiting, leadership to define goals, shape programming, measure success, and align with culture.
- Handle all logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, run-of-show, communications, onsite execution.
- Build scalable processes, templates, systems for consistency and efficiency across events calendar.
- Track performance, gather feedback, manage budgets for high-quality execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years in event management, people operations, HR, or related
- Proven ability to manage multiple events with strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator comfortable with executives, recruiters, employees
- Self-starter who builds structure in ambiguity and adapts to changing priorities
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, logistics end-to-end
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York, NY
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth tech or startup environment
- Background in both internal/culture and recruiting/employer brand events
- Familiarity with HR or ATS tools (Ashby, Workday, Greenhouse)
