What you will do

• Architect GTM operating rhythm end-to-end: design inspection cadences, close inefficiencies across sales, CX, and marketing, partner with GTM leadership.
• Design GTM processes and methodology: implement sales process changes, develop playbooks, create field assets.
• Define rules of engagement: establish swim lanes, territory assignments, deal splits, routing, and handoffs.
• Lead implementation and change management for GTM initiatives, ensuring sequencing, communication, and adoption measurement.
• Partner with GTM Finance on planning, incentives, capacity models, and segment prioritization.
• Partner with GTM Engineering and Ops to extend product use cases and contribute to feedback loop.
• Build high-performing team.

Requirements

• 10+ years in business strategy, operations, analysis; 5+ years in revenue operations & strategy at hypergrowth SaaS.
• 5+ years people management in hypergrowth: track record hiring and developing teams.
• Implemented novel GTM strategies with measurable impact, reinvented playbooks from first principles.
• Exceptional quantitative modeling, SaaS GTM finance and measurement expertise.
• Executive presence: clear communication, challenge assumptions.
• Informed AI perspective with real workflow examples.
