Salary: $139,900 – $304,200 per year

What you will do

• Lead execution of runtime threat defense capabilities directly embedded into Copilot execution paths.
• Translate agentic AI threat models, including misuse and information-flow risks, into concrete engineering plans.
• Coordinate technical delivery across security, research, and platform teams.
• Define and measure success metrics including detection quality, false-positive tolerance, and performance impact.
• Lead learning loops from live incidents to continuously improve system design.
• Make critical judgment calls on enforcement boundaries and system degradation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of experience in engineering, product, or technical program management.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Must be able to work from a U.S. hirify.global office at least four days per week.
• Solid systems thinking and ability to reason about complex failure modes and adversarial behavior.
• Demonstrated ability to translate research or threat models into production-grade systems.
• Strong analytical skills for working with telemetry and feedback loops.

Nice to have

• Experience in security engineering, distributed systems, or ML systems.
• Familiarity with agentic AI systems and LLM-based products.
• Background in offensive security or red-teaming.
• Track record of shipping technical solutions in high-ambiguity environments.
