Scaled Success Program Manager (AI): Driving adoption and value realization of an AI-assisted code review platform with an accent on scalable customer programs and developer productivity metrics. Location: Hybrid (San Francisco or Boston, MA)

Salary: $125K – $250K

What you will do

Create, launch, and optimize scalable customer programs including email nurturing, in-app guides, and webinars.
Develop analytics and methods to monitor customer health scores, usage trends, and engagement metrics.
Drive platform adoption through proactive engagement, digital campaigns, and strategic check-ins.
Deliver workshops and enablement sessions to ensure customers realize ongoing value.
Analyze engineering goals and KPIs, including code review efficiency and pull request throughput.
Collaborate with GTM and Product Management to drive renewals and account expansion.

Requirements

5+ years in Customer Success, Developer Relations, or Technical Account Management within SaaS or developer tools.
Strong technical foundation in CI/CD pipelines, version control (GitHub, GitLab), and engineering metrics.
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in modern software engineering workflows.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both engineers and executives.
Data-driven mindset capable of converting platform analytics into strategic recommendations.
Must be based in San Francisco or Boston, MA (Hybrid)
