What you will do

• Design, develop, and publish Tableau dashboards and visualizations in Tableau Cloud/Server for client reporting and internal analytics.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into structured dashboards with optimized filters, parameters, and consistent metric definitions.
• Maintain and enhance reporting assets, implementing data quality checks and coordinating updates with the Analytics Platform team.
• Develop efficient Snowflake data sources with best practices for extracts, row-level security, and query optimization.
• Collaborate with Client Services and stakeholders to iterate on solutions, provide training, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics/business intelligence or related field.
• Expertise in Tableau Desktop and publishing to Tableau Cloud/Server.
• Strong SQL skills; experience with Snowflake preferred.
• Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Familiarity with dbt concepts and governed metric definitions.
• Strong organizational skills and communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in PBM/pharmacy/healthcare.
• Experience with client reporting.
