What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable data models and pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, and Databricks.
• Translate business goals from growth stakeholders into technical data requirements and products.
• Develop user-friendly BI solutions and dashboards to monitor key performance metrics.
• Implement data governance, quality standards, and comprehensive documentation.
• Lead the creation of self-service analytics tools to empower non-technical team members.
• Drive best practices in performance optimization and reporting workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and deep understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Databricks.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Omni, Tableau, or Looker.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify/I-9 required).
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders.
