What you will do

• Perform technical configurations of billing systems per payer contracts, specifications, and fee schedules.
• Develop validation processes, SOPs, and policies for billing accuracy and compliance with healthcare laws.
• Conduct reconciliations between ERP and billing systems, post-billing audits, and root cause analysis for disputes.
• Prepare monthly billing reports, track KPIs like DSO and denial rates, and develop SLAs for service requests.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards, translate healthcare datasets into actionable insights, and collaborate on automation opportunities.
• Lead ad hoc reporting and financial requirements with accounting, finance, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Healthcare Revenue Cycle, billing configurations, fee schedules, and payer contracts.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables) for querying large datasets and reconciliations.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Lightdash.
• Proven ability to develop SOPs, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with contracts and laws.
• Self-directed problem-solver comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in startup healthcare environments, project management.
• Background with NetSuite, Snowflake, Lightdash.
• Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA).
