What you will do

• Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to drive product strategy and adoption for the payment gateway.
• Create data roadmaps and manage KPI dashboards to deliver actionable insights to product managers.
• Collaborate with Engineering to design and build analytics frameworks for product experimentation and A/B testing.
• Analyze large transaction datasets across various payment methods (card, ACH, P2P) to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Define and track OKRs and KPI metrics to measure the efficacy of growth initiatives.
• Optimize financial reporting and settlement processes by identifying discrepancies in ledger and ACH reconciliation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in a technical financial services role involving data analysis.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience building data pipelines (ELT) using Fivetran, BigQuery, dbt, or similar tooling.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong analytical skills for investigation and identification of issues within complex financial systems.
