What you will do
- Drive commercial revenue by owning and delivering sales targets for YouTube podcast video inventory.
- Manage 2x Commercial Video Sales Snr Agency Partners and act as key commercial contact for agencies and clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, positioning YouTube and video podcast output as premium brand-safe environments.
- Develop and sell audience-led media packages across video inventory.
- Collaborate with inventory, planning, and delivery teams to optimize campaign execution and performance.
- Secure high-value partnerships by integrating YouTube spot sales into proposals and train sales teams on video opportunities.
Requirements
- Location: Leicester Square - London
- Proven track record in prospecting, pitching, and closing sales to meet revenue targets.
- Strong expertise in YouTube ad formats, audience targeting, digital video, and social sales ecosystem.
- Experience building trusted relationships with agencies and advertisers.
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and data translation skills for client-focused pitches.
- Organized pipeline and forecast management with CRM hygiene.
- Experience developing and managing a sales team.
