What you will do

  • Drive commercial revenue by owning and delivering sales targets for YouTube podcast video inventory.
  • Manage 2x Commercial Video Sales Snr Agency Partners and act as key commercial contact for agencies and clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, positioning YouTube and video podcast output as premium brand-safe environments.
  • Develop and sell audience-led media packages across video inventory.
  • Collaborate with inventory, planning, and delivery teams to optimize campaign execution and performance.
  • Secure high-value partnerships by integrating YouTube spot sales into proposals and train sales teams on video opportunities.

Requirements

  • Location: Leicester Square - London
  • Proven track record in prospecting, pitching, and closing sales to meet revenue targets.
  • Strong expertise in YouTube ad formats, audience targeting, digital video, and social sales ecosystem.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with agencies and advertisers.
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and data translation skills for client-focused pitches.
  • Organized pipeline and forecast management with CRM hygiene.
  • Experience developing and managing a sales team.
