What you will do

• Manage corporate client portfolio, executing FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management products while upselling hirify.global's offerings.
• Collaborate with sales team on business origination, tailoring solutions to clients' industries and strategies.
• Monitor competition to position hirify.global's banking solutions effectively.
• Deliver KPIs including repeat/new revenues, churn reduction, upselling/cross-selling, and wallet-share growth.
• Build client relationships via meetings, presentations, and professional deal execution.
• Expand business through referrals, networking, and feedback to product/technology teams.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and strong business-level English
• Strong financial services experience in sales or relationship management, ideally in FX institution, commercial bank, or selling to SMEs/corporates
• Established network of contacts
• Solid understanding of compliance requirements
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at senior levels
• Proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, and new business acquisition
• Sophisticated technical skills in statistical/fundamental analysis and risk management
