What you will do
- Engage directly with potential fitness and wellness partners to expand the regional partner network.
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly acquisition quotas for new venue additions.
- Lead with a field-first mindset, prioritizing in-person outreach through drop-ins, meetings, and local events.
- Identify and attend networking opportunities to build strong local industry connections.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Present high-level pitch decks and negotiate terms with prospective partners.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in fast-paced, B2B transactional sales.
- Must be based in Malmo, Sweden, with the ability to travel into Denmark.
- Fluency in Danish and English is required.
- Proven record of over-performing on quotas and sales OKRs.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite.
