What you will do

  • Engage directly with potential fitness and wellness partners to expand the regional partner network.
  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly acquisition quotas for new venue additions.
  • Lead with a field-first mindset, prioritizing in-person outreach through drop-ins, meetings, and local events.
  • Identify and attend networking opportunities to build strong local industry connections.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Present high-level pitch decks and negotiate terms with prospective partners.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in fast-paced, B2B transactional sales.
  • Must be based in Malmo, Sweden, with the ability to travel into Denmark.
  • Fluency in Danish and English is required.
  • Proven record of over-performing on quotas and sales OKRs.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite.
