Location: Hybrid in Copenhagen, Denmark (maximum 1 day per week from home)

What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of 7 FTEs to acquire and develop partnerships in Food Retail, HoReCa, and Convenience.
• Define the key account strategy, set priorities, and manage budget and operating results.
• Establish and expand strategic partnerships with the largest national food retailers in Denmark.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Business Operations.
• Benchmark the market environment and implement initiatives to expand the partner base.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Key Account Management or Business Development with strong commercial acumen.
• Proven track record in food retail or FMCG with an existing network in Danish national commercial accounts.
• Experience leading sales and growth teams, preferably in a scale-up or fast-growth environment.
• Fluency in both Danish and English.
• Proficiency in sales tools, ideally Salesforce and Looker.
• Must be available to start from August 1st, 2026.
