What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts across the DACH region.
  • Build and execute account plans to drive upsell, cross-sell, and long-term retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to build relationships across product, ops, and leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Solutions, CS, and Partnerships to drive adoption.
  • Manage account health, pipeline, forecasts, and renewal risk while maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights for internal development.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency required.
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales in B2B SaaS or tech.
  • Proven track record of growing mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to articulate technical products to both business and technical audiences.
  • Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Gong.
  • Curiosity regarding AI tools.
  • Background in developer tools, document processing, or APIs.
