What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts across the DACH region.
- Build and execute account plans to drive upsell, cross-sell, and long-term retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to build relationships across product, ops, and leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions, CS, and Partnerships to drive adoption.
- Manage account health, pipeline, forecasts, and renewal risk while maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights for internal development.
Requirements
- Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency required.
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales in B2B SaaS or tech.
- Proven track record of growing mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Ability to articulate technical products to both business and technical audiences.
- Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

- Familiarity with Gong.
- Curiosity regarding AI tools.
- Background in developer tools, document processing, or APIs.
