What you will do
- Own a portfolio of SMB customers and develop high engagement with influential users.
- Understand customer's business and spend to develop solutions and education strategies.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product portfolio.
- Identify common problems and develop strategies to resolve them.
- Advocate for clients within and educate them on new product features.
Requirements
- Min. 2 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
- Native or near-native proficiency in German.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
- Experience in the Travel industry and/or SaaS products.
- Strong technical aptitude and analytical abilities with Excel/Gsheet fluency.
