What you will do
- Drive expansion with key agencies and brands, building trusted senior-level relationships.
- Own full sales cycle: identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and close deals delivering business outcomes.
- Champion advertising solutions by aligning client challenges with ' formats and insights.
- Act as strategic partner for account growth and innovation.
- Coach sales, account, and campaign management teams with strategy, insights, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-performing campaigns and build winning pitch materials.
- Negotiate contracts, manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and translate market trends into action.
Requirements
- 10+ years sales experience, 5+ years in leadership driving agency/brand success
- Experience with domestic agencies and new business development essential
- Strong understanding of digital landscape and programmatic advertising
- Knowledge of ad-serving systems, tracking, and measurement solutions
- Established relationships in Japanese advertising ecosystem (agencies, trading desks, brands)
- Proven track record closing large accounts and exceeding revenue goals
- Full professional fluency in Japanese and effective English communication for global collaboration
