Location: New York, NY

Salary: $109,500–$148,000 USD (base for CA/NY offices) + variable bonus + RSUs

What you will do

  • Own client relationships, understand objectives and KPIs to maximize campaign ROI via technical integrations, creative strategy, and optimizations.
  • Lead campaign analysis, performance reviews, weekly discussions, and QBRs with data-driven guidance.
  • Track revenue, delivery priorities, and contribute to CXO reporting and strategic planning.
  • Drive account retention, revenue targets, upsell/cross-sell, and partner with Sales on account planning.
  • Collaborate with traders, ad ops, Sales Engineering, and third-party partners (MMPs, DMPs) for campaign performance.
  • Act as product expert, provide feedback to Product/Engineering, and elevate AM-region standards.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience, including 2–3+ years in programmatic/demand-side advertising, ideally performance/growth marketing.
  • Proven client-facing track record with measurable outcomes; DSP/MMP experience preferred.
  • Strategic focus on revenue growth/retention and account expansion.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office, Power BI/Tableau.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients/campaigns.
  • Comfort with global teams across time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advertising/marketing/business/STEM background a plus.
