TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Identifying new business opportunities and generating appointments for the sales team with an accent on cold calling and multi-channel outreach. Focus on building a pipeline of prospects and collaborating with Account Executives to drive growth across Europe.

Location: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days per week in the Bucharest office)

What you will do

  • Engage potential customers via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn to identify opportunities and generate appointments.
  • Communicate hirify.global’s value proposition to prospects to help them understand how the platform supports their business.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives across Europe to ensure generated appointments progress through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate activity and account information using Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Meet daily and weekly key activity metrics.
  • Invest in professional development through training and knowledge sharing with the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Drive to achieve and exceed targets in a fast-growing tech industry.
  • Aptitude for technology and an inquisitive mind regarding the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with intrinsic motivation.
  • Growth mindset and a constant desire to learn and improve.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Bucharest office (hybrid model).
