TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Identifying new business opportunities and generating appointments for the sales team with an accent on cold calling and multi-channel outreach. Focus on building a pipeline of prospects and collaborating with Account Executives to drive growth across Europe.
Location: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days per week in the Bucharest office)

What you will do
- Engage potential customers via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn to identify opportunities and generate appointments.
- Communicate ’s value proposition to prospects to help them understand how the platform supports their business.
- Collaborate with Account Executives across Europe to ensure generated appointments progress through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate activity and account information using Salesforce and Outreach.
- Meet daily and weekly key activity metrics.
- Invest in professional development through training and knowledge sharing with the sales organization.
Requirements

- Aptitude for technology and an inquisitive mind regarding the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with intrinsic motivation.

- Must be based in or be able to work from the Bucharest office (hybrid model).
