Sales Development Representative (SaaS)

TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Conducting outbound prospecting and qualifying leads within the Catholic denomination to connect business needs with SaaS solutions with an accent on high-volume cold calling and pipeline management. Focus on scheduling appointments for Account Executives and identifying prospect challenges within the religious non-profit sector.

Location: Remote within specific US states (AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, VA). Required schedule: 6 AM - 4 PM Pacific Time.

Salary: $50k base + $20k+ variable ($70k+ OTE)

What you will do

• Execute at least 75 cold outbound calls daily to qualify parishes, dioceses, and non-profits.
• Schedule 1-2 appointments per day between qualified prospects and Account Executives.
• Identify prospect challenges and communicate how hirify.global’s SaaS solutions can resolve them.
• Manage and build a sales pipeline using Salesforce and Outreach.
• Monitor performance against strict KPI metrics and quotas.

Requirements

• Must be based in one of the approved US states listed in the location section.
• Ability to work within the Pacific Time zone (6 AM - 4 PM).
• High school graduate required; BS/BA preferred.
• 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Working knowledge of the leadership structure, budgets, and activities of the Catholic church.
• Proficiency with Mac OSX and Google Platforms.
