What you will do

• Produce accurate monthly management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet analysis
• Own the month-end close process, ensuring journals, accruals, and prepayments are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and resolve issues
• Deliver variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making and cost control
• Work with finance team on group reporting and support audits
• Contribute to process improvements

Requirements

• Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-finance stakeholders
• Proactive and motivated
