What you will do

• Manage operational expense recognition for personnel, travel, freelancers, and developers, ensuring accurate allocation to projects.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, providing early warnings of risks and opportunities.
• Handle monthly payroll bookings across head office, subsidiaries, and branches, liaising with providers for interfaces.
• Meet financial reporting deadlines, delivering analysis on actuals vs. forecast and budget.
• Support statutory account preparation and provide analytics on cost performance with efficiency proposals.
• Drive continuous improvements through automation and process enhancements while maintaining compliance.

Requirements

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred) and passion for automation.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines in a global environment.
• Proactive self-starter with strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
