What you will do

• Prepare management accounts and provide month-end support to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights on significant variances to budget or forecast.
• Perform and own balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring the timely resolution of reconciling items.
• Identify and lead process improvements within accounting systems and reporting workflows.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and cross-functional business projects.
• Collaborate with Sales and FP&A teams to optimize gross margin reporting.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Proven experience with month-end processes, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Knowledge of IFRS15 and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) is preferred.
• Actively studying towards a financial qualification such as ACCA or CIMA.
• Effective communication skills for presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
