What you will do

  • Lead high-stakes XL accounts in Spain, driving retention and sustainable growth.
  • Execute strategic vision for Spanish XL segment, partnering with senior leadership.
  • Drive operational excellence, scalable processes, and performance tracking in Account Management team.
  • Coach and scale team of Account Managers via Team Leads, building high-performance culture.
  • Handle escalations for complex negotiations and at-risk accounts to protect revenue.
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor portfolio, identify risks, and uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading Account Management or Customer Success teams at Head level, including managing managers.
  • Hybrid background in top-tier consulting/analytical roles and SaaS/high-growth tech.
  • Highly data-driven with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong leadership to build and scale high-performing teams.
  • Commercial acumen for enterprise negotiations and revenue protection.
  • Deep knowledge of Spanish market and XL clients.
  • Native Spanish and professional-level English.
