What you will do

• Embed AI and automation into People workflows for efficiency and scalability
• Use data and analytics to inform HR decisions and leader conversations
• Own HRIS strategy, data integrity, and people analytics
• Build relationships as a trusted advisor to leaders and equip managers with leadership tools
• Oversee full employee journey from onboarding to offboarding
• Partner on compensation reviews, strengthen feedback culture, and drive engagement insights

Requirements

• Proven experience as HRBP in high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial mindset linking people decisions to business outcomes
• Highly data-literate with analytics to influence decisions
• Experience owning and scaling HRIS and People systems
• Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive problem-solving to anticipate challenges
