Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London (Hybrid role)

What you will do

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop inbound and outbound campaigns.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities through phone, video, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Maintain accurate activity records and lead management in Salesforce.
  • Set qualified introductory meetings for the sales organization to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
  • Engage with IT and business decision-makers to understand their technical and business requirements.
  • Participate in continuous training and mentorship to accelerate professional development in sales.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Fluent in German (written and verbal).
  • Must be located in or near London for hybrid work.
  • Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills with a hunter mentality.
  • Ability to work independently while being open to coaching and feedback.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in additional European languages (French or Dutch).
  • Prior experience in the IT software or API technology sector.
