What you will do
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close new enterprise-level accounts in a greenfield territory.
- Craft and execute strategic account plans to build a sustainable revenue pipeline.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer needs and position SaaS solutions against strategic objectives.
- Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders to drive deals to closure.
- Collaborate with prospective clients to build business cases demonstrating tangible ROI.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the SaaS platform, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Italian is required to support customers in both languages.
- Must reside in the UK or Spain.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Experience developing business cases and demonstrating ROI for multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and AI tools in a professional sales environment.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
