TL;DR

Environment Asset Art Intern (Gamedev): Gathering references, creating, texturing and implementing 3D environment models with an accent on Unreal Engine setup and collaboration with concept artists. Focus on iterating based on feedback, documenting work, and organizing daily tasks.

Location: Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland (office-first, at least 3 days per week from Warsaw office). You are going to reside in Poland throughout the whole internship.

Salary: gross hourly rate of 31.40 PLN

What you will do

• Gather references for environment assets.
• Create, texture and implement 3D models in Unreal Engine.
• Collaborate closely with concept artists.
• Iterate on work based on feedback.
• Document work and progress.
• Organize your workday.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Fresh high school graduate or university student.
• Reside in Poland throughout the whole internship.
• Available from beginning of July until end of September (40h/week).
• Good command of English (CV must be in English).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine: importing models, material and collision setup.
• Solid Blender skills: modeling, sculpting, UV mapping.
• Experience using Substance Painter and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with ZBrush or 3DCoat.

Nice to have

• Substance 3D Designer.
• Gaea / World Machine.
