What you will do

  • Launch anchor missions by mapping and enlisting respected local customers to host events attracting prospects and influencers.
  • Build relationships with key prospects, influencers, and local entities like trade associations.
  • Ideate, run, and measure impact of local events from breakfasts to networking gatherings hosted at customer sites.
  • Capture raw customer stories on-site for social media videos and sales case studies in collaboration with the social team.
  • Provide fresh data and stories to keep local field sales materials updated.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing, sales, account, product marketing, social, and partnership teams.

Requirements

  • Hospitality industry experience and contacts.
  • Ability to create, film, edit, and write content solo using tools like Canva, iMovie, or AI.
  • Comfortable working out of office in assigned cities connecting with audiences.
  • Self-starter with strategic mindset to identify and act on opportunities independently.
  • Understanding of sales cycles and ability to track offline impact on sales metrics.
  • Strong experience in planning and running events, ideally in hospitality.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Looker, and Hootsuite.
  • Knowledge of UTM links and QR codes for tracking.
