What you will do

• Launch anchor missions by enlisting respected customers to host events attracting prospects and influencers.
• Build relationships with prospects, influencers, and local entities like trade associations.
• Plan, execute, and measure impact of local events from breakfasts to networking gatherings at customer sites.
• Create raw customer stories and content using phone for social media and sales materials.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, account, product, social, and partnership teams to fuel growth.
• Track success through pipeline attribution, targets for awareness and leads, and data-backed reports using CRM and analytics tools.

Requirements

• Hospitality DNA with experience and contacts
• Scrappy content creation skills: film, edit, write using Canva, iMovie, Google Suite, and AI tools
• Comfortable working out of office in assigned cities
• Strategic self-starter spotting and acting on opportunities
• Sales-minded with understanding of sales cycle and impact tracking
• Strong event planning and execution experience, ideally in hospitality

Nice to have

• CRM experience with Salesforce, Looker, Hootsuite
• Expertise in UTM links and QR codes for tracking
