What you will do

• Oversee repair operations and monitor team performance against yearly goals.
• Allocate resources including workforce, systems, materials, and equipment to meet production needs.
• Provide onboarding, training, and establish strategic goals aligned with company objectives.
• Achieve financial targets through forecasting, budgeting, and corrective actions.
• Complete production plans by scheduling personnel, prioritizing tasks, and resolving issues.
• Drive process improvements, coordinate planning, and ensure equipment maintenance and safety.

Requirements

• BS Degree in electronics, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in MS Office apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Proficient in data analysis.
• Works well with internal and external stakeholders.
