What you will do

• Act as the technical engineering resource for ATCB Test Product Engineering.
• Analyze final test performance to identify defect trends and drive improvements in fab and assembly processes.
• Drive process optimization and yield improvement for assigned package platforms.
• Implement statistical methods at test to detect maverick lots.
• Represent Product Engineering in product qualification, change qualification, and cross-functional projects.
• Supervise and train Product and Test Technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry as a Product or Test Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tester software.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, Exensio, Statistica, JMP, or Minitab.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python, R, or SQL.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PowerMOS products.
• Experience in managing or mentoring team members.
