What you will do

• Analyze and evaluate production performance metrics including WIP, yield, and quality to ensure operational targets are met.
• Lead, train, and mentor production staff while enforcing safety policies and disciplinary procedures.
• Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with managers and support teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Prepare accurate daily production reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee work execution and maintain a clean, organized production area following 5S principles.
• Manage employee performance, feedback, and recognition programs to drive productivity and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• 1–2 years of experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in manufacturing data analytics tools such as SAP or Spotfire.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including PivotTables and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
