What you will do

• Oversee and maintain electromechanical assembly, compliance testing, and final packaging processes for the HVP product line.
• Troubleshoot product, test equipment, and RMA units to ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis of failures at the board, component, and design levels.
• Review and revise manufacturing documentation to maintain process integrity.
• Investigate process and equipment issues, driving resolution and corrective actions.
• Initiate improvements for manufacturing processes and test equipment.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of BS Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics and high-voltage systems.
• Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, HV probes, and hipot testers.
• Strong background in electronics testing, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong adherence to high-voltage safety protocols.
