What you will do

• Proactively source and hunt potential clients in industrial manufacturing via phone, email, and events, conducting professional sales conversations.
• Handle inbound leads from marketing activities with timely phone follow-ups, qualification, and conversion to sales opportunities.
• Screen prospects, lead initial technical/business discussions, overcome objections, and book meetings for sales representatives.
• Manage personal pipeline in CRM like Salesforce, ensuring accurate logging and updates.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for smooth handoffs and process optimization.

Requirements

• College degree or above, preferably in Engineering, Marketing, or Business.
• 3+ years BDR or direct phone sales experience with proven track record in industrial products/B2B solutions over RMB 100,000 ASP.
• Excellent phone communication, hunter mentality, analytical skills, and CRM proficiency.
• Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial automation; interest in robotics a plus.
