What you will do
- Manage full sales cycles for 5-15 high-potential accounts from pipeline creation to deal closure.
- Develop and execute clear business plans to drive long-term revenue growth.
- Lead strategic relationships with partners and end-customers to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Conduct regular technology updates and solution demonstrations with support from sales engineers.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting using Salesforce and other internal tools.
- Ensure segment partners are qualified and trained on core technology platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales.
- Strong background in security or high-tech industries.
- Business-level English communication skills required.
- Ability to navigate matrixed and cross-functional work environments.
- Proven capability in managing indirect sales and stakeholder engagement.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in network video or infrastructure sales.
- Previous experience working with Multinational Corporations (MNCs).
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Qlik reporting tools.
