What you will do

  • Manage full sales cycles for 5-15 high-potential accounts from pipeline creation to deal closure.
  • Develop and execute clear business plans to drive long-term revenue growth.
  • Lead strategic relationships with partners and end-customers to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Conduct regular technology updates and solution demonstrations with support from sales engineers.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting using Salesforce and other internal tools.
  • Ensure segment partners are qualified and trained on core technology platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales.
  • Strong background in security or high-tech industries.
  • Business-level English communication skills required.
  • Ability to navigate matrixed and cross-functional work environments.
  • Proven capability in managing indirect sales and stakeholder engagement.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in network video or infrastructure sales.
  • Previous experience working with Multinational Corporations (MNCs).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Qlik reporting tools.
