Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office) in Barcelona

What you will do
- Create new opportunities and upsell current customers.
- Achieve sales KPIs and targets by finalizing deals and identifying upgrades.
- Prepare quotes, present proposals, and negotiate contracts balancing client value and company margins.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and complete post-sales documentation.
- Provide client feedback to the Product Team.
- Work with local industry groups, promote products, and attend events with occasional travel.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian (min. C2)
- Professional proficiency in English
- Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales experience
- Confident phone presence, fearlessness in leading meetings, and great listening skills
- Strong verbal skills for professional communication
- Self-motivation, resilience, and growth mindset open to feedback
