Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid role, 3 days in-office per week).

- Conduct discovery conversations with existing account contacts to identify event spend and upcoming requirements.
- Map stakeholder landscapes to identify key decision-makers for MICE and events budgets.
- Manage an opportunity pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and data hygiene.
- Articulate the Events value proposition to stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
- Position event services as a holistic solution for an account's full calendar rather than individual transactions.
- Act as the primary bridge between account management teams and the events conversion team.
Требования
- Must have the legal right to work in Spain.
- Must be based within commuting distance of our Barcelona hub.
- English proficiency required for professional business communication.
- Proven experience in business development, account growth, or sales within the events SaaS, TMC, or hospitality sector.
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of growing revenue within an existing account base.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and experience with pipeline reporting.
