TL;DR

Location: Philippines - Manila (hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

  • Serve as primary contact for enterprise accounts, managing contract fulfillment, SLAs, and customer education.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to align opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure successful implementations.
  • Build relationships across customer organization levels and drive ROI through hirify.global products.
  • Resolve technical challenges with cross-functional teams within SLA targets.
  • Coordinate projects, leveraging deep product knowledge for customer success.
  • Conduct service reviews, manage escalations, mentor team, and recommend product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • 10+ years in customer account management; 5+ years in enterprise presales/post-sales with program/project management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for C-level and operational stakeholders.
  • Technical expertise in Contact Center, Telecommunications, Cloud Software, and Security.
  • Business acumen, risk mitigation, and ability to work in matrix environment under pressure.
