What you will do
- Serve as primary contact for enterprise accounts, managing contract fulfillment, SLAs, and customer education.
- Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to align opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure successful implementations.
- Build relationships across customer organization levels and drive ROI through products.
- Resolve technical challenges with cross-functional teams within SLA targets.
- Coordinate projects, leveraging deep product knowledge for customer success.
- Conduct service reviews, manage escalations, mentor team, and recommend product enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- 10+ years in customer account management; 5+ years in enterprise presales/post-sales with program/project management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for C-level and operational stakeholders.
- Technical expertise in Contact Center, Telecommunications, Cloud Software, and Security.
- Business acumen, risk mitigation, and ability to work in matrix environment under pressure.
