What you will do

• Lead client engagement and foster relationships across all levels of client organizations to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales frameworks to retain current clients and acquire new ones.
• Identify opportunities for incremental product sales and introduce new services to the market.
• Manage key financial metrics including revenue, profitability, and cash collection.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Operations to ensure internal alignment and service standards.
• Contribute to business unit strategies based on global and regional directions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Market Research, or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to negotiate and communicate with C-suite decision makers.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Pasig City, Philippines.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) accounts.
• Knowledge of research techniques and methodologies.
