What you will do

• Source and pre-qualify candidates across multiple disciplines to provide shortlists within days of a request.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from initial engagement to offer closure.
• Implement and iterate on AI tools for resume parsing, chatbots, and outreach automation to boost efficiency.
• Track and report on key recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and candidate satisfaction.
• Map LATAM talent markets and cultivate long-term sourcing channels via universities and niche platforms.
• Lead the foundation of the HR function and eventually hire and mentor a recruitment team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within agencies or high-growth startups.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining proactive pipelines across at least 3 different disciplines.
• Experience in rapid-response hiring and successful candidate negotiation.
• KPI-driven mindset with proficiency in ATS reporting and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• AI literacy with the ability to evaluate and optimize automation tools.
