What you will do

• Translate people strategy into priorities and initiatives across the group
• Align leadership on performance, talent, and organizational development
• Drive decision-making on organizational structure, capability building, and growth
• Lead HR Business Partner in Amsterdam, HR advisor in Alkmaar, and Shared Service Center
• Implement and scale AI-driven agents and automation in people operations
• Establish consistent ways of working across locations while adapting to local needs

Requirements

• 8+ years in HR or People roles, including leadership responsibility
• Experience in multi-location or international environment
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Strong understanding of organizational development and people topics
• Able to set strategic direction and make it practical
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
