TL;DR

Head of Commercial Partner Strategy (Nordics & CEE): Define and execute regional partner sales roadmap driving revenue, market share, and brand influence with an accent on GTM models, partner enablement, and data-driven execution. Focus on strategic planning, partner recruitment, cross-functional collaboration, and performance optimization to accelerate pipeline and growth.

Location: Hybrid in Stockholm with travel across Nordics & CEE. Fluency in English and Swedish required.

What you will do

  • Define 3-5 year partner sales strategy and regional GTM blueprint including segmentation, incentives, and joint selling.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage strategic partners; design enablement programs and negotiate agreements.
  • Gather market intelligence and leverage analytics for pipeline health, forecasting, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to co-design offers, marketing campaigns, and co-selling initiatives.
  • Set and own partner sales targets; drive cross-sell and standardize processes for scalable growth.
  • Champion data-driven culture with dashboards and reporting for regional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related (MBA preferred); 5+ years in sales, channel/partner management, or business development.
  • Deep understanding of indirect sales models, GTM design, partner segmentation, and pricing.
  • Strong analytical skills for forecasting, pipeline analytics, KPI dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot/Exponea or similar; strategic thinking and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent communication for executive presentations; high business acumen; fluency in English and Swedish.
  • Comfortable in matrixed, remote multicultural teams.

Nice to have

  • Track record in Nordics/CEE partner sales; building ecosystems for SaaS/Cloud/Enterprise Software.
  • Experience with consumption/outcome-based revenue models; regional regulatory knowledge (GDPR, data sovereignty).
